Day: 24, P90X Kenpo X


Log EntryDaily Note:
This recovery week is well placed. I'm really feeling drained from the last three weeks, and even though I'm still working out this week, I'm really glad I'm not lifting.

I might try one more cardio program if I have time tonight, but we'll see how that goes. I'm looking forward to stretch day tomorrow. Hopefully after this week my body will feel strong again and I'll rock month 2!

This was a hard Kenpo X day. Not sure why, but I felt rough during the whole thing. My arms and legs feel exhausted, and those are what you use the most in this. But I got through it. Not the best workout but not the worst either.
