I still don't like this workout, but I'm getting stronger at it. Legs feel good (destroyed!) and my back is getting stronger too. Good day.

Kenpo tomorrow, and then I can put Week 6 in the books! Bring it!

Best ab ripper yet. Food's in front of me, so I have to make this short. Two days until the next ab ripper....can't wait to see how much better I get!
