Day: 38, P90X Back & Biceps

Status: Completed
Great workout! My biceps feel excellent right now. I was struggling on the pullups for some reason today, but I'm chalking that up to still being weak from yesterday.

Status: Completed
Solid ab ripper. Not my best, but today's a morning workout so I'm happy it was at least strong.
