Day: 78, P90X Chest, Shoulders & Tris

This is a good workout, and today was no exception. Works the muscles it says it does and does it really well. Pike pushups destroy me, and the pour flys are absolutely ridiculous. I love it!

The next time I see this workout, I'll be in Phase 2 of Round 2! Holy crap, it'll be here before I know it!

Status: Completed
Solid ab ripper. This is one of my last three before round 2, so I'm glad I got a good workout in.

Week 12 has begun! Bring it!

(Harry Potter is about to start. Sorry it's so short....I'm in the theater right now!)
