Workout | P90X Plyometrics Status: Completed Excellent Plyo workout! Not only was today definitely my strongest plyo day, but I made it halfway with the weighted vest on! I was rereading the first week blog posts, and I forgot I'd made that a goal; to get through a whole plyo workout with the vest. There's only two more plyo workouts after today, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I did the harder workouts of everything (except the flat out hopping stuff) and made it all the way to the third break with the vest. I was losing focus at that point so I took the vest off, but that puts me in perfect position to accomplish that goal by the final plyo day. Feeling amazing right now! Bring on Week 10!! |
