Workout | P90X Back & Biceps Status: Completed This workout is a killer, but I got through it. My biceps feel amazing right now. For some reason I had to lower some of my weights and I only increased my reps on a few things (nothing actually went down), but I still felt a lot stronger this week. I think I was struggling more than I thought three weeks ago, but like I said, today I just felt really strong. My form was great and everything was pumped out with quality. The next time I see this workout it will be the last time for the whole program. Making progress! Bring it! |
