Day: 59, P90X Shoulders & Arms

I missed this workout a lot! It's really awesome, and now that I have a lot more types of weights (and my 20 lbs kettlebells) I got an even better workout today. Arms and arms and arms; I love it!

Great way to start the day, and the next time I do this workout will be my last time in Round 1 of P90X. Bring it!

Solid ab workout. Much better than two days ago. Abs hurt and I feel great. Time to start the day!
