Good workout this morning. Again the warmup kicked my ass, but I got moving pretty well during the first circuit. This workout is a lot of fun, but I'm still a ways away from being able to do the whole thing without breaks.

I'm writing this later in the day because I forgot to post earlier. Hence, it's short. Dig deep!
