Workout | P90X Yoga: MC2 Status: Completed The final week of round 2 has begun, and I got to do yoga: mc2 on a weekend! Being able to sleep in, do yoga and not have to be anywhere after is amazing. I had a great workout, stretched and felt great. It's an excellent way to start my final week of P90X. Namaste. |
Workout | Martial Arts Status: Completed I added an in hour of Machida-Do karate. This is Lyoto Machida's MMA home study course and I thought it would be fun to add in every once in a while. Not the hardest thing, but I did break a sweat. I added in two rounds of Bas Rutten at the end though, and that destroyed me. Great workout today. |
