Workout | P90X Kenpo X Status: Completed Awesome workout! I was still a little sore from this week, so I was feeling sluggish, but this thing worked me and made me feel great! I can't wait til I'm stronger and can rock Kenpo X! Might do stretch tomorrow, or I might do cardio x. Having Saturdays off seems nice, but I feel like I should still do something. I'll let you know. |
