Workout | P90X Chest and Back Status: Completed Ya, I ended up having a little too much fun last night, and as a result I feel like garbage today. My pushups were noticeably stronger, but overall I just couldn't give it my all on chest and back. I'm a little pissed about that, since today is the last time I'll see this workout until Week 9. Well, not the best way to start Week 3, but here we go. Bring it! |
