Workout | P90X Kenpo X Status: Completed Week 3 is completed! Oh man I am destroyed after this week. Today was the first time I was so wasted in a workout that I had to pause and get some protein powder in my water. But I finished Week 3, and I am probably taking tomorrow off. I miiiiight do stretch, but I think I need a peaceful day. Bring on the first Recovery Week! Week 4 here we go! |
