Workout | P90X Plyometrics Status: Completed Very strong plyo day. My legs were still dying from Saturday, but my jumps were higher than they've ever been! I got tired way earlier than normal, though, so the second half wasn't 100%. Still a great workout and I'm soaked as usual, so that's a victory. No plyo next week, so let's see how much I improve with some extra rest time on my legs. See you in two weeks plyo! |
